Nice boost in energy and focus
This is my second favorite version of the three Rhodiola’s that ND carries, and it’s definitely potent. I prefer the crenulata in the morning and this one in the afternoon.
Afternoon / Evening stimulants is one of the most wanted classes of substances. And it's common to people to give up on the search for the perfect afternoon stimulant before finding it because it's hard to find the substance that hits the sweet spot - too little and it will be useless, too much and you will not sleep well. So, if you are searching for something like this, this Rhodiola extract is a great bet! I like combining it with PanaMAX, but it's great alone.

I was really impressed that ND showed such detailed analysis of their rhodiola. So I decided to try both the salidroside and rosavin versions. This one really gives some good energy. I like to use it when I need a little extra boost when doing triathlons. I prefer the 3% rosavin version a little more because of the calming effect I get from it. So I usually use that one regularly, and this one for days I know I need a bit more boost. Capsules of both extracts would be even better.
