As others noted subtly uplifts alert and focus. For the whole day. Paired with Alpha GPC for a really good workout. Took early afternoon but still felt the up affects till late evening. Tried again the next morning but caused complete burnout , lethargic feeling. Completely stops working and causes opposite effect next day. Seems like this is a take only once in a while med for me.as whatever metabolic systems it is utilizing get burned out

7,8DHF is one of those impressive and surprising supplements. It is potent enough that, in my experience, you should be careful when stacking it with other supplements. I liked it by itself, but when I combine it with Cordyceps (both 10:1 and 1:1) I get nice smooth energy, a very positive mood, and a delicious calmness with what feels like dopamine chills when I take OTC pseudophedrine timed release with it for my pollen allergies.

I tend to be sensitive to supplements and this really felt similar to n-pep-12. Taking this on carnivore is 5x better. I noticed when not on carnivore it gave me a little difficulty focusing as if I had ADHD.

Taking 2 caps of 7,DHF seems to boost mood subtly but considerably. I feel the effects come on pretty slowly, but surely. Works better for me than tianeptine ever did. Goes well with tongkat too, but it's plenty powerful by itself.

Could not be happier with the tangible bdnf effects, with such benefits for mood and cognitive flexibility potential. It’s almost like microdosing a tryptamine, but without the negative effect potential that some people could very easily develop if doing so.
