Ali is a seasoned triathlon coach and endurance athlete, passionate about creating the right environment for athletes to learn, grow, and thrive. His structured, holistic approach ensures that every athlete progresses with confidence. Annie is a freestyle technique specialist and qualified sports massage therapist who brings a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and efficiency. She’s the go-to for refining your stroke and supporting your body through training and injury recovery.
Whether you’re dipping your toe in for the first time or prepping for a major event, we’re here to help you swim faster, feel stronger, and enjoy the journey.

Open Water Coaching
We offer a range of Open Water Coaching options at the beautiful Queenford Lakes in Berinsfield, designed to suit every level of experience.
Our Beginner 3 Week Courses are perfect for those new to open water, helping you build confidence, overcome nerves, and master the basics of sighting, pacing, and wetsuit swimming in a calm, supportive environment.
Our Improver Courses are ideal for swimmers who want to sharpen their skills, work on efficiency, and prepare for race conditions, including starts, turns, and drafting.
Prefer a more personalised experience? We also offer 1:1 Open Water Coaching, where sessions are tailored to your individual goals and experience level, whether you're training for your first event or aiming for a personal best.

Freestyle Pool Courses
Our Freestyle Technique Courses are designed to help adult swimmers of all levels build confidence, improve technique, and enjoy their time in the water. Run over 5 weeks at the Abingdon School Sports and Leisure Centre Pool, these structured sessions focus on front crawl and are delivered in a friendly, supportive environment.
We offer both Beginner Courses, perfect for those new to freestyle or returning to swimming after time away, and Improver Courses, ideal for those who want to refine their technique, improve efficiency, and feel more in control in the water.
Each course breaks down the key elements of front crawl, including breathing, body position, and propulsion, so you can make real, lasting progress. You’ll also receive individual feedback and practical drills to help you between sessions.

1:1 Coaching & Personalised Online Coaching
Looking for focused, personalised support to take your performance to the next level? Our 1:1 Coaching sessions are tailored to suit your goals, whether you're a beginner working on technique or a triathlete preparing for race day.

Video Analysis
One of the most effective ways to improve your swimming is by actually seeing what’s happening in the water. Our Video Analysis service offers a detailed look at your stroke, both above and below the surface, giving you clear, actionable insights into your technique.
Offered as part of our in-person coaching, we’ll film your swim and break down the footage with expert commentary, identifying key areas to work on such as body position, breathing, timing, and overall efficiency.

Ripple Kids
And for the younger swimmers in your family, we run Ripple Kids, a supportive, fun, and friendly children’s swim school. With small group sizes and a nurturing environment, Ripple Kids helps children build water confidence, learn essential swim skills, and develop a lifelong love of swimming. Classes are held at warm, child-friendly pools in the Oxfordshire area.
