this is the only narala i found at 125mg to go with 500mg alcar. I am not an expert, but 125mg was my best guess for the combination. I have not noticed any negative effects from switching to this combo after using juvenon for years at half their dosage (500mg alcar and 200 ala). It is also my feeling that this is just as high quality as dr best, without the fillers. nootropics depot seems very diligent with their standards and research.
Bought just for general health really I do get more energy but not much but it has a lot of reported benefits and is reasonably priced so I thought why not.

NA-R-ALA is not only difficult to find, it's an expensive supplement. My use is to augment the effects of ALCR, to help the body more effectively transport fatty acids into the mitochondria, to burn fat and optimize energy during endurance training.
