Choline is a basic dietary compound that is found in many foods containing fats and proteins, including eggs, wheat germ, poultry, fish, organ meats, cruciferous vegetables, and peanuts and other legumes. I really wanted to keep taking this, but it gave me a massive headache. I looked it up and apparently it's a possible side effect from this form of choline. I was taking it regularly for about a week and after I stopped taking it, the headaches went away after a couple of days. I'm sure it's a quality product as the rest of ND's products are, but it's just not for me, personally.
Of all he nooropics I have tried, this one has made the biggest difference in the shortest period of time. I have learnt from a french YouTuber that Choline is one of the "basic" in nootropics stacks. I totally agree after this first experience: it works and really help for mental efficiancy, I mean that something that was consideered as complicated can appear very clear with Choline. I do the classic piracetam + Choline mix for cognitive power. I like this choline better than the more expensive ones because it clumps less and the saltiness prevents me from using too much. In addition to cognitive enhancement (I'm 57), it also gives e vivid dreams, including lucid dreams sometimes. I used to have them a lot when I was a kid, I stopped having these dreams as I got older and now I go have adventures again in the land of Nod.
I was very impressed on how well choline worked in conjunction with piracetam and dmae. My mental activity and focus were amazing. When used with the other products they should not be taken late in the day unless you are planning a all nighter. I like how the choline cut the edginess of the piracetam. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend it.

I bought this before I bought alpha-gpc 99% because I didn't do proper research. I then ordered the alpha. I personally can't tell a difference between them, but now I just take the choline bitartrate to keep me fully up on choline at all times. Good to have in your bloodstream anyway.
Provides subtle but noticeable feeling of clear thinking! It feels like fuel for thinking and focus! Not anything like caffeine but you probably know that already. I would definitely recommended! Affordable and feels like a quality supplement for your brain.
Product came fast in a nice sealed package. Being using it for 3 days but already feeling it effects. Made me more aware of things, happy and full of energy. Almost like adderall with no side effects and u still have a need to eat sleep and somehow it promotes healthy habits. I take 8000-1ooo mg once daily.
