Really great
As part of my ADHD stack it works wonders helps me regulate my mood really well, works better with at least some light exercise.

Increased Energy And metabolic health
I take ALCAR more-so as a long term supplement due to its potential to upregulate dopamine receptors, enhance energy production, burn more fat, etc. I have been taking it in tandem with Na-R-ALA and forskolin, and since being more consistent with that stack, and running 18-22 miles per week for the months of February and march, along with 16:8 intermittent fasting, I lost ~12 lbs, and feeling nice and lean. I’m still taking the stack and have been holding steady at my lean weight while building muscle (little less running, more strength training). I believe ALCAR has also helped with consistent energy levels throughout the day, and a more motivated baseline state. ND is the most trustworthy source for sure.

i take this with the narala at 125mg. I am not an expert, but 125mg was my best guess for the combination. I have not noticed any negative effects from switching to this combo after using juvenon for years at half their dosage (500mg alcar and 200 ala). It is also my feeling that this is just as high quality as dr best, without the fillers. nootropics depot seems very diligent with their standards and research.

This stuff works
I take it first thing in the morning with other nootropics and it does boost my energy levels. It is not anything that would make me jump up and down but it does keep my energy level last pretty well throughout the day.

It's subtle. but it's a very good feeling. Get-shit-done energy. I'd describe it as a boost equivalent to 1/2 a cup of coffee, but way smoother and less twitchy, and lasts evenly for 10-12 hours.

Im happy with the products however it took 33 calender days to recieve my item and I check the mail daily . I dont knowvif ill order from you again unless I cannot find these products elsewhere . But im happy with the products ND Admin: Shipping to Canada has been having some delays because of the holidays and COVID restrictions. That's not a normal transit time for Canada. Things should calm down now that the holidays are over.

Recently added this to take in the afternoon with NALT from ND and I am definitely impressed. Even on its own, it gives a noticeable spike in energy and mood. I am prescribed a stimulant for attention issues and the comedown crash can be intense in the late afternoon. This makes a great difference.
