Quercetin is one of the most prominent and researched bioflavonoid compounds in plants. Although it exists in smaller quantities, you can find Quercetin in foods such as onions or grapes. Berries, citrus fruits, broccoli, and tomatoes are other Quercetin foods high in Quercetin. One of the aspects that makes Quercetin benefits unique is its interaction and synergy with other compounds. Quercetin has been shown to promote balanced oxidation levels by blocking an enzyme called catechol-o-methyltransferase (COMT).* Interestingly enough, some studies found that Quercetin supports the cellular absorption of green tea catechins by inhibiting COMT, thus demonstrating a synergistic relationship between Quercetin and Green Tea catechins. It should be taken along with zinc, vitamin D-3 and vitamin C. So far so good! Quercetin has had absolutely NO side effects, and I'm still healthy! No ill effects! Assume that it is working to help boost my immune system. I do cut them in half as they are easier to swallow that way.
This is great the only reason it lost a star in my rating is because I think it would be better in capsule form if possible. The tablet tends to get stuck on your tongue/throat. A bit harder to swallow than most but it gets the job done.
These give me citrusy burps for a couple of hours after I take them. Who knows if they're helping, but longevity research looks promising.

I get a 'flushing' feeling when dosing which is similar to caffeine possibly caused by histamine or because parts of it cross the BBB, this is just acute dosing though not through chronic use
I rarely write reviews - but this one was good in an unexpected way. Mainly bought it for the immune-boosting and anti-oxidant effects. But unlike other quercetin products I've tried, it gives me a noticeable boost in motivation and moderate stimulation. Definetely recommended!
