CoQ10. CoQ10 serves two main functions in the body. As a participant in the production of cellular energy, CoQ10 helps ensure the body's biggest energy consumers — the heart and the brain — are well-fed.* CoQ10 functions as a carrier to transfer electrons across the membrane of the mitochondria — the energy-producing “factories” within cells — to drive production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), or cellular energy.*
d-Limonene. Extracted from the oil of citrus fruits, food-grade d-Limonene acts as a non-polar organic solvent that solubilizes CoQ10, without causing significant chemical interactions or degradation.
Tocopherols. A form of vitamin E, tocopherols enhance the biological function of CoQ10, which in turn helps maintain the oxidation balancing effect of vitamin E.
CoQSol-CF® softgels provide a stabilized and protected form of ubiquinone, the oxidized form of CoQ10, for maximum utilization.
CoQSol-CF CoQ10 is formulated with a unique blend of high-quality ingredients for superior absorption, containing CoQ10, natural mixed carotenoids, natural vitamin E (tocopherols), and rice bran oil. Backed by clinical research, CoQsol® increases CoQ10 levels almost three times higher than CoQ10 powder. This allows you to take more advantage of the CoQ10 benefits.
In order to be absorbed, all nutrients must first be in a water-soluble form. Unfortunately, because of its structure, CoQ10 is highly lipophilic (fat-loving) — and practically insoluble in water. This lipophilic nature makes CoQ10’s absorption poor. Less than 6% of orally administered CoQ10 permeates the gastro-intestinal tract into the blood. Absorption is also highly variable. Some individuals absorb noticeably less CoQ10 than others. This seems to be strongly dependent on stomach contents. Foods that are rich in fat enhance absorption of CoQ10. In addition, CoQ10 is a large molecule which makes absorption more difficult. Plus, when CoQ10 is produced commercially, crystals are formed that melt when they reach 118°F or 48°C. Upon cooling, CoQ10 recrystallizes, which frequently results in even larger crystals — and further lowers CoQ10 bioavailability. Upon microscopic examination at 200x, a paste of CoQ10 powder and soybean oil exhibits a crystalline structure, while CoQsol-CF® is completely devoid of crystals because CoQ10 has been solubilized.

About to buy and for fun did some comparison with other brands selling this patented form of CoQ10. It may seem expensive, but it's the best price out there for this supplement by far and you already know the quality of this brand is off the charts!
While I do not doubt the purity of the product and the quality of the packaging as it was excellently packaged with a cold pack I did have problems with a dangerously quick blood pressure drop as I have naturally low one in the healthy levels but as I take supplements that already have bp lowering effects it might be strenghtened by this product as I did not have the problem after I did not take it. the high dose of vitamin E might also be a factor, if you have similar problems as me I suggest maybe trying the ND ubiquinol alternative and see if there is a difference. As it was likely not the products fault but my stacks I see no reason to rate it too harshly.
this gives a a nice dose of clean energy. I stack with with NMN, Vitamin B complex and well food obviously lol. (can try adding ALA + Alcar). When you've relied on stimulants like moda and caffeine for too long; sometimes you gotta take it back to the fundamental building blocks for cellular energy!
I bought this to pair with NMN from ND. NMN would make me tired on its own. But paired with this and wow… I feel so alert. And it doesn’t seem to be short boost in energy, I just feel like a light bulb got turned on in my head. It’s not so much stimulating like caffeine, just feels like alert/mental energy. This is way different than other energy/stimulating nootropics or supplements from ND. It feels unique.

I am a 22 years old male and decided to give this formulation a try, mainly out of curiosity for the antioxidant benefits. I was very disappointed as I didn't feel anything, even dosing 2 caps a day for a few days in a row... So I gave what was left to a friend of mine, in his forties and into supplements. He told me he has a lot more energy through the day, recovers better after exercise and feels more clear-headed. He was so enthusiastic he decided to order another bottle from another brand but didn't get any benefit, so he tried another one and again... nothing. Then I had a look and indeed his brands were some standard caps full of CoQ10 powder, not ND's solubilized version ! After explaining him the differences he had me order him 3 big bottles of this one and now he has an amazing response again ! The quality of ND's products shines once more :) Personally I would not recommend this to people as young as me but I intend on trying this again in about 10 years time, who knows when it might be useful.

For both physical and mental benefits, this can’t be beat, it does a bit of everything. I’ve finally developed my focus stack. It’s mr happy stack + CoQ10 softgels + NMN + 7,8 DHF + Agmatine Sulfate + Polygala + Caffeine w/ L-Theanine. All ND brand. Feels like a lot but the recommended dose of each creates perfect synergy for me
The D-limonine in it makes my burps taste good lol. This supplement works really good. 10/10.
I didn’t realize this would happen, but after ingesting this item with breakfast(over easy eggs and oatmeal), I had lemon burps for most of the rest of the day. I now see it has d-limonene oil, which may have been hard on my digestion. I discontinued use after 4 days of this experience and went back to Ubiquinol which does not give me this effect. I appreciate ND’s attempt to improve the standard CoQ10 product, but this was not a winner for me.
I take this in the morning and it gives me a noticeable boost in energy to start the day. Probably one of the best products for the price!
