I have tried multiple choline supplements and choline precursor supplements and this so far is my favorite! Enhanced mental clarity, gets rid of that heavy/ burning eye feeling that makes you feel tired, and really mixes well with any nootropic but also quite effective on its own if you're looking into nootropics and you want to start somewhere this is a good place to start!
